ANGER
the essay that i quote from school magazine=)
spare some times to read at this article...
this is how can explain and way to overcome ANGER!!!
i hope it work...enjoy your reading=)

Anger is a negative, strong emotion by real or imaginary injury and involves a desire for retaliation. But the fire kindles ends up burning yourself. Anger breeds injustice, persecution, harsh words and cruelty. In anger a person becomes abusive, violent even murderous. Anger destroys reason, and makes a person resort to action he never dreamt of doing. An angry person is almost always angry with himself when he finally comes to his senses. Anger begins in folly and ends in repentance.

Energy is wasted when one gets angry. The whole nervous system seems to go haywire when there is an outburst person. The eyes become red, the body quivers, the hands tremble; it is not easy to control an angry person. He seems to acquire enormous temporary energy during this short period when he is beyond himself. Getting angry for trivial matters is a sign of mental weakness.

However, we have to admit that all of us are victims of this terrible malady. Since we are aware that anger is a negative force that ought to be rid of, how do we go about doing it?

When anger arises, think of the consequences and it will recede. Control of anger will bring about great peace and joy. Control of anger is really control of the mind. When anger becomes grave, it is difficult to overcome. It should therefore be nipped when there is a sight indication of irritation. Where there is an indication of anger, stop all conversation. Exchange of words will inevitably lead to further provocation. If you find it difficult to control yourself, leave the place at once. Take a walk. You have to be physically away from the source of anger. Some even suggest that drinking cold water helps a person to cool down.

Great inner strength is required to conquer anger, but it can be done. There are always people around us whom we envy for their ability to overcome anger. Perhaps one can learn from these people. It can will also help when one reminds himself that anger is a clear sign of weakness.

Prayer and meditation in the morning are often cited as excellent long term remedy for anger. Meditation helps to develop endurance and patience. When one has effectively overcome anger he would have acquired enough inner strength not to pay heed to minor irritations or harsh words.

Think of the consequences of anger. Keep cool. Eradicate that malasy called anger. Show you have control over yourself.
